Organizational structure

The structure has 3 tiers: (1) The City of Midland (would own the facility), (2) Midland Tennis Center (the 501-C3 non-profit organization will be the fund raising organization) and (3) a management group (contracted out to manage the facility, provide the programs and tournaments).
